Hey, runners, super excited to bring you this C-Tali Run podcast with Becky Wade Firth. Becky is an amazing runner

with PRs of 71 minutes in the half marathon and two hours and 30 minutes for the marathon.

She was a member of the World Championship half marathon team last year for the U.S.

And is currently getting ready for the Boston Marathon. and of course, she'll be running the Olympic

marathon trials next year. In this episode, we talk about her training for Boston, and how she's
