Fan is a two-time Olympian in the 3,000-meter steeple chase. He won six national championships while competing as a pro. And he just broke the four-minute mile with a dog

on the roads and his training to be the fourth man in history to break the four-minute

mile on the track and get this at the age of 40. And guess what? Alan Webb, the American record holder, is his coach.
