When I first started I was really buyer heavy and a lot of first time home buyers.

Now I really have gravitated more to being more equal so a lot of on the sale side a lot of what I do is that new

development stuff and then on the buy side it's a lot of first-time homebuyers but also

investors so a big believer in financial freedom and if I can help other people see the

same vision that I have I'm all for it and so I love when my like first-time homebuyers turn into

investors and kind of get that real estate

bug. So a lot of what I do is walk people through how do you analyze a rental deal

for the first time and how do you get comfortable with these terms that you might have

never heard before cash on cash cap rates things of that nature.

So the question is this how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive real estate market?

Especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves?
