Not every agent could work a project so there's about 80,000 realtors in the

G.T. the greater Toronto area I guess there's about a hundred to two hundred that had genuine platinum access with

builders platinum access meaning the people that get the the exclusive incentives for

their clients the exclusive pricing all of that. There's only a hundred to 200 agents that have that type of access.

All the other realtors are like, you know, like your B-class type of realtors that do quite a bit of volume but not enough to get the platinum access.

And the way to build that relationship with the builders is to essentially sell for them things that they can't sell because there's some units in their buildings

that are tough to sell and if you can clean what they say is clean up the

inventory of the units that are tough to sell then the builders are going

to like you and then they'll give you platinum access for the next project.

So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive

real estate market, especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves?
