My name is Greg Cloeniss, and in this episode I want to talk about motivation.

Now what exactly do I mean because that's pretty vague right more specifically what is it that

motivates you what are the things that push you to do better what are the things that

push you to want more. Why are you ambitious?

Why do you care?

Why not just be happy with the status quo?

You know, that's actually an interesting idea

that I've always sort of struggled with because I've always known for myself

that I'm not happy with average. I'm not happy with the status quo. I'm not happy with

the family of four white picket fence American dream type deal.

Like that's never been what has attracted me.

Now maybe that comes from the immigrant background and they're just sort of being, you know, if your family is picking up and moving to another country, there is a bit of ambition that's sort of embedded into your culture.
