Most adults with ADHD often identify as time-wasters. I’m going to walk you through why this is super counter-intuitive and why we should NEVER believe that wasting time is even possible. This episode is short and sweet and packs a big punch.

1:37.4 | so much shame because I truly believed that I wasted a ton of time. I identified as a time waster and I would punish myself |
