Hey Dave, this is Scott from Boston.

I want to ask if you could talk about some ways that people can get into leadership.

For me personally, this is something that I've taken an interest in and would like to pursue a

little more and not quite sure how to do it so maybe you could talk about some

recommendations that you had or ideas or just ways to go about it.
