Hey everybody and welcome back to I Just Want to Talk About the Bible.

If this is your first time joining us, then let me just welcome you and say that I am so glad that you're here.

My name is Christian Keeter and I live in the southeast of the United States of America with my amazing, beautiful godly wife Lacey and our two

wonderful daughters, Felicity and Serenity. So let me just go ahead and acknowledge at the outset

of this episode that the audio quality might be slightly lesser than in most podcast episodes.

And the reason is, is because I am recording this one on my phone as opposed to on the microphone that I normally use.

And the reason that I'm doing that is because I am actually sitting on the couch with my foot elevated because I am still recovering from my recent foot surgery.

So it was a lot easier to be able to just to, you know, use my phone while seated here

than to go get set up at my desk and hook up all that equipment. And also I just know that,

honestly, the iPhone microphone is really good. And it's what I used for like the first two years

of this podcast before upgrading to a nicer microphone.

However, I did just want to say it at the outset and thank you guys for your patience with that.

And speaking of my foot surgery, I just want to thank all of you who have prayed for me in this process.

I genuinely appreciate it.

And honestly, by the time this episode posts, my stitches will have been removed and hopefully

I will have transitioned from a cast into like a medical boot that I can begin walking in.

But again, just thank you guys so much for your prayers and support. I really appreciate that.

So having said, all of that, let's just go ahead and hop right into the lesson for today.
