Scott is a member of the Northern Arizona elite team in Flagstaff, Arizona. He graduated from the University of Portland and was a four-time

All-American. He finished seventh at the IMG New York City Marathon in 2018 and also finished

fourth at the 2016 Olympic track trials in the 10,000 meters.
