Try to really focus on developing relationships and staying with touch with and

touch with people not trying to make it just about a transaction. You know, basically have the mindset to say,

all right, if I close a deal with these guys, great, but I'm really going into this relationship

with how do I help these people, how do I add value to them, and how do I help these people how do I add value to them and how do I just maintain like a non-work relationship

And kind of what I see from that is that if you do that the referral and the leads and all that stuff will just kind of come naturally.
