Let's say you want some ice cream. If your frame is, "Oh this one thing won't hurt. I've been so good. I'll eat super clean tomorrow. I don't want to be too restrictive..." you'll choose the ice cream. 

It's not a bad frame, it's not inherently problematic, but there's a better frame available. There's always a better frame.
