If you're having a bad day just remember that a good day and a bad day both have to exist and order for either for them to exist, right?

So if you're having a bad day, that means that eventually the counterpoint of that will

be that you'll be having a good day or maybe multiple good days in a row. But that also means that you

have multiple bad days in a row. So does that nullify the idea of good and bad days altogether?

And does it just suggest that our good and bad days altogether.

And does it just suggest that our experience of the current moment

and the dynamics of our lives are an illusion?

Should we perhaps take a step back and observe our own existence through a

witnessing mindset and know that in the positive moments in life and in the

negative moments of life that the true joy is to be found and that we are here and we are living.

t-shirt design. It's called the low-key quarry and it's sort of like the older

designs in some ways but it's refreshed and revised and a bit more low-key. So I don't know if you

notice but on the actual podcast artwork itself and on

this t-shirt design. The third eye on my logo has disappeared and the lightning bolts emanating from it have also

disappeared not because I've got any less third i.e but just because I feel like that that that symbolism is a bit played out

just in general I think culturally it's around it's all over place, you know what I mean?

It's getting a little too common in my taste,

so off of that, and it's just in my artistic nature,

I cannot ever stop tweaking things so I revise that logo it's just
