Hey everybody, what's going on out there in the folds and creases of the fabric of the universe?

I hope you're having a beautiful day. of the for the introduction of my guest today. She's just so cool.

She's a meditation teacher, an author, a speaker.

She's taught yoga since 1999.

She's been a couple of great books called Art of Attention and Practice You, which is a journaling book.

And we had just a great chill chat. She really feels like a big sister or something to me.

We have so much in common and just had a beautiful well resonated conversation.

So, yeah, we get into talking about just expansion openness softness and developing the the finer pieces of your

Awareness of your mindfulness and really refining that whole process and what that's

like as it unfolds and how it's beneficial and how it kind of changes other things in

your life.

And very much about what it's like

as you keep just sanding the edge of that piece of wood,

sanding it for on and on and on and what happens,

how things change in just the delicateness of that, and how everything else fits

into that. And beautifully, her son was practicing piano in the back, in the the distance while we were having this conversation

and it was actually beautiful.

Some might think it would be a disturbance or something, but it was a wonderful incidental addition to the conversation.

And that little kid's got some chops too,

I just gotta say.
