My guest today is someone I really love. Her name is Leslie Hirschberger and

she's a friend that I met here in Cincinnati. We discovered that we had so much in

common and over the years I have benefited from her unique

blend of wisdom and practical training and insight. Leslie has worked with the

three-centered Eniagram approach for over 20 years as a consultant,

master teacher, coach, spiritual guide, facilitator, and mentor.

She's certified in the narrative tradition

and Eniagram in business.

And she works with a lot of local businesses

here in Cincinnati and her stories.

They always blow my mind.

She has keynoted at conferences all over the world

and has served on the board of the International Eniagram Association and is the former editor of Nine

Points magazine. Leslie fell in love with the narrative tradition of the Eniagram because of its focus on panels of people sharing their

inner experience. I have had the privilege of being on some of those panels as of

four and I'm here to tell you some of the best understanding of those both as participant and as audience member. Today I invited Leslie to talk to me a little
