No matter how bad the markets get, no matter how much fear the media tries to sell to us, no matter what all we can do is just pick up the phone, call an owner, and see if we can do is just you know pick up the phone call an owner and see we can do a

deal no matter what there will always be deals happening even in the worst of time so

that's the mindset that I try to carry in scarier times or slower times.

Hey thanks for having me a year and I appreciate it.

Yeah, how long did you get in real estate?

I got in at 20, when I was still a student in college in 2018. So 2018, what made you think that like,

while you're studying college?

Because I know a lot of time when you're in college people are thinking,

I'm going to go use my degree to go do this, this, and this.

What made you think about real estate? Yeah, the thing that got me thinking about real estate was honestly, I saw that a lot of my friends that I had made relationships with at San Diego State.

A lot of the most successful families they came from were all in either real estate or some sort of business

But they all own property so that got me really interested in it. I was going down a pretty boring, unfulfilling path that my parents kind of put on me.

They wanted me to be a doctor, you know, go into medicine and just not what I really wanted to do. So I think
