Great to be back.

And my topic today is living a rich and meaningful life now.

And I'm sure you remember me from a year ago and more talking about a lot of different topics,

inflation, getting laid off, getting a new house, your change perspectives on real estate that I need to get a new house. So, yeah, I did find another job.

What was that? Back in March?

Congratulations, by the way. Still in accounting? Good. Good memory. Yeah. Kind of a more narrow focus. You know, I was in public

accounting and now I'm in what I would kind of consider internal auditing for a large financial

services company, very large. And doing brokerage stuff, the company is. And yeah, so I got the job in March, house hacking with five roommates, got most of the

problems in the house fix.

So the question now is around living a meaningful life now because I'm on basically the 10-year

plan to pay off the mortgage in 10 years instead of 30

by making basically double mortgage payments. That allows it to be paid off in 10 instead of 30

in my calculations. And then in 10 years, the plan is to live off the rent. And then that'll cover like property tax and the few things I have

to do and then I won't have to work. I'm open to working, you know, probably will end up doing
