If we can come in as an advisor, we can do a lot more transactions rather than just a

salesperson. A salesperson services what someone wants. Or if we teach them what they

want and then go find it for them, and it really does allow us to get a lot more

transactions done like we've done more transactions in our development side of

Enville Seattle in the past four to five months than we did 18 months ago because the

company yes the buyer demands lower but the competition is so much lower that we

can get them really good opportunities.

So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's

competitive real estate market, especially when the top agents are keeping those
