going to go right now, right now, right the second into the question of the day. And this one is

0:50.7

from Zacchio 5. And he asks, what is the best way to work out while traveling? And that depends on what your goals are. Where you're traveling, are you driving, are you flying? Is there a gym nearby? You can get a day pass. You can buy bands and bring bands with you. They're very light. You can also do yoga. You can do meditation. You could do mobility work.

1:11.6

You don't have to necessarily lift weights.

1:13.2

Or you can do body weight exercises in your hotel room outside.

1:16.8

The world is your oyster.

1:19.2

Let's not forget that gyms didn't exist for thousands of years prior to right now.

1:25.2

So you don't necessarily have to have a gym. You just got to go move. Now you might not be making sick freaking gains, you might not be squatting 500 pounds or deadlifting a ton, but you can go and do pull-ups on a tree, you could do push-ups on the edge of the bed, you could do dips, you could do, like I said, yoga, there's a lot of things you can do with just your body weight that can keep you active while you're on vacation. So either you bring something with you, you go to the hotel, motel, local gym, day pass, Uber there, whatever it takes, or you just do some kind of, you know, workout on your own with your own body weight and yoga and stuff. It's really great. When you're on vacation or you're traveling, yoga is so fantastic because usually when you're traveling, you're sitting down too much or you're on a plane or in a car. You're kind of in a stiff position because you're traveling. You're not walking to where you're going. You're flying or you're in a car. So you're sedentary and you're locked in a position. So it's great to do mobility work. And I prefer that when I travel just because it helps balance out that kind of like restricted traveling environment.
