excited about the real estate transaction when they don't feel like you're just making decisions

for them.

The, like, what's the market like what are people doing what are people

saying like are you word on the street gosh word on the street is kind of all over

the place and it's kind of what you make it this is my my emo right now. There has been a lot of griping about a

dramatic market shift, but I've found a lot of opportunities to still, you know, make business and close properties.

So it's been gangbusters for me.
