The one thing I've learned is I will take me with me for the rest of my life in every interaction in all business scenarios and if I'm not buying back my time and then obviously like delegating and replacing but then investing it in things that are going to allow me to produce more, then that's going to be the bottleneck of my ability to grow like no business grows past the growth of the the owner.

So the question is this how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive real estate market

especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves?
