If you can do more, if you can push yourself further. I always say make sure you're doing yoga. Make sure you're doing some type of alignment and an active recovery in your programming, but lift some fucking weights. You're not going to get big in terms of a guy. A lot of women are afraid to lift weights because I think they're going to get big like a fucking guy. You won't. Go get your pump on. Go get a girl. You can do it. I love you.
