And a couple months in, actually several months in, I actually had set this goal last year at the very end of last year. So I'd actually been searching for a house since November. Come probably end of January, beginning of February, I was so exhausted and so
1:39.3	discouraged from looking for a house. If you know anything about the Nashville housing market, I know it's,
1:44.8	it's pretty typical across the board. It was insane. It was bananas. I mean, you know, people coming in
1:53.9	paying cash offers, you know, just totally sidest wiping you. You couldn't even, you'd be looking at a house and someone would be making an offer,
2:03.4	you know, at the same time.
2:04.7	It was, it was nuts.
2:06.3	And I mean, I was ready to throw in the towel and just go put another lease on a house.
2:12.1	I had no clue what to do.
2:14.1	It was exhausting.
