I have a different female guest for a long time on the show.

The female contingent of the Ben-Couba Radio fan base have been saying, Ben, we need more female

people, we need more people representing and, you know, it's

not through a lack of trying.

I think as a whole the fitness industry is fairly male-dominated and the people that tend to be very outspoken about their thoughts

and what they're doing in the industry tend to be men but not today I've sourced a

fantastic guest this guest actually came via me via a different person via a guy

called Matt. I've forgotten your second name, so apologies. I met him at the BTS

conference over at the weekend, but he said, hey, you got to get this girl

on the podcast. He's incredible. And today's podcast is going to be very much

about psychology, the psychology of change, and looking at how

we think and view ourselves.

Ben, hello, I am quite honored to be here. Sounds like you don't have many females on the show very often.

We've had a handful, but not enough. Would you in your experience especially with I don't know where you are in the industry would you say it's a bit more male dominated?
