So we have reached the end of our connection series, cue the boys to men.

We've come to the end of the road.

I'm not going to sing because I like you, and I don't want to do that to you.

I would not inflict that harm upon you, but I've really enjoyed this series, these conversations

about just the different approaches to relationships and connection have been incredible to get

to explore with you, to get to explore with our guests.

And it has just been such a treat to get to host and guide you through these conversations.

So we're going to wrap up this series with one more solo episode.

It is just going to be me.

And today's episode is going to be a little bit different because normally when I record

the podcast.

I like being a little structured.

I will usually write out a pretty detailed, either list of questions if I'm recording

with a guest because I need to know where the conversation is going to go.
