It's the time of the year that we're rolling into Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then comes the New Year. Time for indulgence and a lot of women equated it to the time when you gain weight, then the new year's resolutions come out, the weight loss starts and you know, wash, rinse, repeat. Many of us have been familiar with that pattern over and over and over again, so I thought it would be a good thing to record a podcast episode and have a chat about how to succeed during this time.
