She is a psychotherapist, a writer, and a grief advocate that's dedicated herself to helping people who have experienced extremely traumatic things.

So yeah, this episode is a really good one.

It's a bit heavier because it deals with something

that people don't like to deal with or they also don't think that they'll ever have to face.

She talks about losing her husband tragically out of nowhere and just watching that happen
