Realtors are modern day marketers, so if you're feeling like I don't want to do marketing,

you know that's not something that I want to do. It's going to make it harder for you to meet more clients

in today's digital age.

So I think that doing a great job with the transaction,

you know, communication with your clients,

making sure that you, you know, get them to want to work with you again for

another transaction or referrals. Those things are really important, but also it's really

important to get out there and have your name known in your in your community.

And one of the best ways to do that these days is through

Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, some of those different

internet, social media marketing sites. So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's

competitive real estate market, especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves.
