We're not going to spend a lot of time on the distress, except for to really identify what you may be dealing with and how to cope with it.

So we'll explore the emotional aspects of living with a chronic illness or addiction

and identify strategies to enhance hardiness, resilience, contentment, and hope.

Chronic illness and addiction often change people's vision of themselves and their rich and

meaningful life. If you get diagnosed or when you get diagnosed with something or you develop a

condition that is chronic, it often changes what you are able to do.
