We've been watching some and you do a run, one giant slalom, one mogul, something

or other with some flips,

and you're off by a hundredth of a second,

literally, on some of these, and you lose.

I think there was like a half second between eight people in the men's

downhill if I remember that right. I think that was the event. There are so many events and all of

them are basically nail biders.

All of them, if you make one little mistake,

one little slip up, you go from working

toward a gold medal for a decade or two to just missing it.

I mean you see speed skaters that are leaning at really angles that defy physics, taking their turns on the short track, which is

my kid's favorite.

They're waiting for everyone to make their move.

When someone passes, my kids go crazy.

And yeah, you hit someone's skate just ever so slightly

and off you go and maybe off they go and it's over.

And you're doing the downhill and they'll do the instant replay now,

you'll have someone pop in and basically say,
