My name, like Jail said, is Jim Wendler. It's a little introduction. I am the

strength and conditioning coach at London High School, the prestigious London High School.

And last year I attended this and I listened to three or four people speak.

And when I left, I went home to my wife and I told her her the biggest, she's, you know, how was it?

0:23.3

What did you learn? And I said, you know, the biggest takeaway I had was the chasm, that's what I called it.

0:30.5

It's not a hole. It's not a gap. It's a chasm between what real coaches are doing and what is being portrayed on the internet as training.

1:41.9

you're going to hear speak today is real. What you see on the

1:46.4

internet isn't real. And I know the irony of, you know, I helped build my company and Dave's

1:55.6

companies on the internet and all that stuff. But one thing I hope that we've portrayed was

2:00.6

the truth. And a lot of

2:03.7

what I see on the internet is not the truth. And, you know, it's a smoke show. It's, here's a

2:11.1

picture of my fake training life. Okay. So just to understand that. Okay. I'm massively nervous for some reason. Okay, so I train high school
