What's going on guys? This is Dave Tate with a bonus episode of Table Talk.

Today I'm sitting down with Sheena Leedman and our guest.

Yeah, Molly and Andrew Yarrowickadoo.

Okay. And we are just going to talk openly about...

Everything. Autism. You know, it's I, my son is on the spectrum and he's 19, 20, 19, 20. So, so I've been

through a lot of the adversities that a parent would suffer with a child on the

spectrum. And Sheena, this has been a passion of hers for before I met her,

for I don't want to date you.

But for a long time, actually a very long time.

So from the educator standpoint and lecturer's standpoint,

she can provide far more information on the topic than

what I can. I just have the parent standpoint. And she's also worked with my son since he was

10. 10, you know, so there's the experience with that as well. So what we decided we were going to do

is to bring in real people, you know, that the, how do I want to explain this?

The conversations we're going to have are conversations that Sheena and I with other people have had multiple times over several years.

So it's just open dialogue of some of the questions that parents may have.

And along the way, if you're not a parent that has a child on the spectrum, you're going to learn a lot more about it instead of what you see on TV, you know, where everybody thinks their kids gonna be the good doctor,

they're gonna be, you know, Bach or Beethoven, you know, or something like that.

So hopefully we'll answer a lot of questions and maybe even alleviate some worries and stress.

So I'll let Sheena kind of start it up from here and we'll just talk.
