1:02.3 | you know if you wanted to take up judo or Brazilian jiu-jitsu you are never too old. |

1:11.0 | any of those sports and they don't injure lifting. I think even the most |
1:14.4 | experienced lifters will still learn new things as they go long in life and |
1:18.9 | the same goes with combat sports or anything of the kind. Now yes earlier you get into it the more |
1:24.1 | you can accomplish in the higher levels you know you could compete at but there's no real problem |
1:29.7 | with never reaching mastery you know being a 52 year old white belt there's no problem with that |
1:35.4 | if you wanted to get into swimming and you can only swim for lengths at 60 years old no one's |
