0:38.0 | but I want to give some kind of anecdotal advice from my lifestyle with regards to these topics. |

1:00.0 | And I often get asked a lot of questions with regards to how these factors affect say fat loss. |
1:06.0 | I do have clients that work towards muscle growth, but the majority of people are looking to lose fat, let's be honest. |
1:12.0 | So I'm going to be covering off a few things. I've made some notes in front of me and I actually have a laugh when I make my notes. |

1:22.0 | And something that I've been asked a fair bit recently is with regards to mental health and my mental health. |
1:29.0 | Now I said on a podcast not too long ago that I am incredibly lucky that I have never suffered with anything bad |
1:38.0 | with my mental health. I had anxiety, never had depression or anything. |
1:42.0 | And I kind of put it down to luck. |
1:44.0 | But the person I was talking to said, no James, from what you've said, you actually subconsciously look after your mental health in ways that you don't even realize. |
1:52.0 | And it probably is a lot to do with sleep, managing my stress, managing relationships and also to do with motivation. |
