We probably should have done this in the first or second episode, but you've probably figured out by now.

We're not professional podcasters.

We're just four women who are sitting around a virtual kitchen table sharing ideas that will help us and you strengthen and enjoy our marriages.

In case you're new to the podcast, let me introduce you to our team. We have Jay

from Hot, Holy, and Humorous, Chris from the Forgiven Wife, Bonnie from Bonnie's Oyster Bed, and I'm Gay

from Calm, Healthy, Sexy. So now let's start with the basics. For each one of the team,

tell us a little bit about you and your

marriage and your family okay i'll go um so a little bit about me name is jay parker i blog at hot

holy and humorous and uh i've been married to my husband now for almost 25 years we're coming up

on it we're talking about anniversary trip, which is exciting. Although today, we had to buy a new air conditioner,

so I don't know that may have been due to vacation fund. We'll see. So my background is

that I grew up as a preacher's kid, and the reason I'm kind of doing what I'm doing

is I heard a lot of messages from the church that were just essentially about sex was don't

just don't and in a lot of sense of the girl was kind of supposed to be the gatekeeper in their

relationship we were supposed to be the person who said no.
