On today's episode, I'll be talking about how to do a sugar detox. By the way, this was one of the breakthroughs that allowed myself and people like my own mom who beat cancer to experience just a new profound health in our life.

And I'm going to go through some really, really interesting things regarding where sugar is hidden, what the best sugar substitutes are.

Now, here's a reality.

I first became very aware of the negative impact of sugar

when I was a kid.

So my mom was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 years old.

And I remember my mom going through chemotherapy,

her losing her hair.

I remember just sobbing and just being so,

it being such a traumatic experience, having losing my, almost losing my mom, there was one time

we thought she was going to die and miraculously she, she was able to live through all the

chemo treatments. And when I was 14 years old, I made a decision.

I didn't know anything about health except for this.

I knew that sugar was bad.

I remember hearing that, the candy bars and soda was bad.

So I stopped eating candy bars and drinking soda when I was a kid.
