Let's talk a little bit about what a confidence gremlin is and why they matter.

So confidence gremlins are the things that hold us back.

They matter because they stop us from doing the things that will make us better at our jobs.

So the trick really with confidence gremlin is to know what yours are and then really think when you know what they are, what you're actually going to do about them.
