Hi, this is Sarah from Amazing If, and I'm here this week to share with you a bonus episode

about some free resources that can also help you build your confidence other than our

brilliant podcast, of course. So a few things to look out for, most of which are free, all of which are available online

and are really, really useful. The first one are some absolutely brilliant TED Talks. I'm sure

lots of you are already familiar with TED Talks, but there's a couple particularly on

confidence that are worth checking out. The first one is from a lady called Amy Cuddy.

Amy talks about body language and how your body language shapes who you are. She's done some

really interesting research into the way that we sit, the way we present ourselves, and

inadvertently sometimes what this can be telling other people about how confident we are, who we are, what we want to

stand for. So that one is really worth checking out and she's done a couple of different versions

over the past few years. I'd also really recommend Brenny Brown's talk on vulnerability. So not

directly on confidence, but she talks about, you know, the fact that we don't all need to be

perfect, that it's okay to get things wrong some of the time.

And I think that's a really important part of becoming more confident is to realise that that doesn't mean being perfect day in, day out.

And of course, before we move on from videos, we always recommend it, but please do check out Carol Dweck's talk on growth mindset.

Absolute classic when it comes to learning and development and one that I think everybody

should watch.

So they're all really great, so take the time to watch those.
