The injury forced her to miss a big ceremony yesterday for the newest member of the court, Brett Kavanaugh.

The health of RBG, as she's called, has been in the spotlight for years.

She cracked two ribs in 2012 and has survived two bouts with cancer, but she stays active and works out regularly with a personal trainer.

Justice Ginsburg has said she will continue to serve on the High Court just as long as she's able.

In business news, football and Fortnite are now in the same huddle.
