2019 and we begin with the perfect excuse to sleep in this weekend at 2 a.m. Sunday most of the country marks the end of daylight

saving time and a return to what's called standard time. That means we'll push the

clocks back an hour which essentially adds an extra 60 minutes to our day.

All this hocus pocus with the time dates back to the early 1900s and was aimed at preserving

daylight and reducing the need for electricity as much as possible.

Since then, though, there's been much debate about whether it's effective what messing with the time twice a year does to our biological clocks and whether we should stop what A one tonne bolder. That's what Rangers in Prescott National Park in Arizona
