Thanks so much for joining me today.

No matter what age you are, there are certain things that remain the same.

When you're a teenager and adult, married, single, a grandmother, a great grandmother.

We must always walk worthy of the calling we have received.

That is the same consistent thing that should characterize our lives.

Colossians 1-10 says that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him,

being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.

So let's break this down a little bit.

As a Christian woman, no matter what age you are, you are living under the lavish blessing of God.

You are living the abundant life. You are rich in Christ.

John 10, verse 10 says, Jesus is speaking, I have come that they may have life,

and that they may have it more abundantly.

Of course, when we wander away from the faith, we will incur God's discipline.

But when we walk humbly before the Lord, we are blessed abundantly.

So let's consider three aspects of walking worthy.

First, we walk by faith, not by sight, which we see in 2 Corinthians 5-7.

Faith is trusting God, believing God, though we do not see Him with our eyes.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God from its 10-17.

That's why we should be in His Word all the time.

At every season of life, we need faith.
