1:16.6 | She states that she has been experiencing this colored vaginal discharge and painful intercourse over this time. |
1:21.6 | She has no dysuria or hematioria. She has no fevers, chills, or flank pain. |
1:26.6 | She has no right upper quadrant pain, and she has had normal mencies. |
1:30.3 | Her last menstrual period was roughly 21 days ago. |
