I am recording this episode right before Mother's Day weekend, so don't forget to love on your moms this week.

They love you so much, even though you guys are teenagers and can sometimes be a little bit

attitudey. They still love you. Okay, today's listener shout out is to Tallinn Long. And she

left a review for the podcast and said, thanks for these podcasts. It has helped me a lot with life. I am still young in middle school

and these podcasts have helped me through it. Thank you for that review, Talon. There are some

things in my life where I'm like, I would love to go back and do that again. Middle school

is not one of them. Okay. And it's even a lot different now than when I was in middle school I have a teenager in

middle school right now but it is kind of tough one of the things my sister used to say to me

when I was struggling in high school is she tell me hey there is life after high school

which when you are in high school, the things that you are going through

and the things that are going on, they just seem to like take up your whole world. Like there's

nothing else that matters. So there is life after middle school also. And it gets better. I promise.
