I don't even know what people consider cheat foods anymore. I don't think about cheat foods. I think about the foods that my body wants. I think about good food. I think about shitty food. There is no cheat. I mean, people, there's no fucking cheat. You're eating good shit or eating bad shit. It's that simple. Cheating makes it seem like, first off, cheating makes it seem like, you know, you're doing something bad.

No one wants to talk about it like that because everyone's addicted to these foods and it's not, I'm not glorifying it. It's just, It sucks. It sucks to eat those things. It sucks to put that in your body. Your body fucking hates it. That's why you get diarrhea if you eat Taco Bell at 2 a.m. You know, it's not good food. It's not good for you. That's why everyone's so fucking fat. So it's not a cheat meal, a cheat food. It's just bad food. And then you can make that subjective bad. What's bad mean? Blah, blah, blah, blah. But you know what I'm talking about, all right? Everyone has great foods for them, optimal foods, and that's what the elimination process is about. That's what figuring out what foods work best for your body. That's pretty much what comes from giving a shit about your health. And if you don't give a shit about your health, you'll put whatever you want in your mouth. And you will pay for that on the back end, literally on the toilet and literally in 40, 50 years. I mean, do you want to be sick? Do you want to have disease? This is where it comes from. It starts from eating shit all the fucking time. week couple times a week couple times a month
