1:17.4	Baron did 56 transactions more than one a week, which really impresses me. He's one of the top, he's in the top 5% of agents nationwide in sales volume and just has some incredible insight into the business and a lot of success early on is just continue to grow in that.

1:57.4	Yeah, sure. So like I said, I'm from here. I'm from Myrtle Beach. Not very many people can say they're born and raised here. I've been here since I was four years old, but I went to high school here, went to a community college, graduated from there, and then I actually moved to Charleston, got my bachelor's there.
