There was some research this past week that came out about Arithritth Rathal, which is

a non-nutritive sweetener, a sugar alcohol, and the research concluded that it might be

associated with cardiovascular events.

The acronym is MACE, and it means major adverse cardiac events.

What is the deal with that?

What are my thoughts?

And I want to follow up on this past Monday's huge episode on seed oils.

Lots of great conversation about that.
