We start with our lead story. The faint popping that people have been hearing under the earth.

It sounds like the mole people are making popcorn in huge numbers, but everyone knows that

City Council issued the same statement it does for all emergencies, explaining that everything's fine,

that we shouldn't be worried, and that if we are worried it probably means we did something wrong
