Episode 1069 of the slees, we are talking nutrition today. So I'm going to take a nutrition question for the question of the day. And this question is from Carissa Brooks, Papa Soleo, what do you think about the cheat day trend on YouTube with the fitness peeps?

Well, I honestly don't know what this fitness or cheat day trend is because I don't follow what most fitness peeps do on YouTube.

their shit. And what better than to have someone that has abs or is lean or as a fitness person

tons of junk food. Oh, wouldn't you like to be in great shape and to eat all these junk foods?

That's what they're doing. They're getting your attention because it looks like an anomaly.

I'm getting your attention with these funny videos and also the informational content. But then when you come here, you get the Daily Soul, you get real fitness fucking content, and you also get true value inside Soul Normus X, for those of you that are members from the real shit. Like, I get your attention, but then I want to use it for good. I want to really help you sift through the bullshit. So it pisses me off,

but at the same time, I don't waste my time getting pissed off. Or if I do get pissed off, I use that for a driving while gaining or for a nuts on chin. I use it for content. I use that for the daily swall. I use that as fuel. But, you know, this is something that we'll probably talk about today in the podcast actually it's just one of those things that people do for attention it's going to get a lot

of views and that's what people are doing. But most of these influencers and people that do this type of content are just really flashes in the pan. They don't have any real knowledge. They don't have any real business structure. They don't have any real, real passion for real fitness, and they don't really have anything unique that they're bringing to the table. So when this fad and this kind of train of just, hey, look, I'm in shape and I'm eating this junk food. Once that wears off, they're really not going to have anything that they're truly offering to their audience. So in the long term, they are just kind of shooting themselves in the foot by not really developing themselves as an actual fitness professional. That's just my two nuts on the matter.
