She says, do you need a professional program slash coach to make progress or gains? So in other words, do you need something that's

And the answer, as many of you probably know, what I'm going to say is yes, you absolutely

say, absolutely everything in order to get results. No, I'm kidding. No, you most certainly do not. You do not need, I didn't have a professional coach. I didn't have a professional trainer. I didn't have a professional program when I started. I read what a lot of professional bodybuilders were doing. I went to the gym and I tried things and I tried new exercise routines.

I tried new programming. I tried stuff on myself, you know, it was trial and error to find out

what works and eating right and how many times I was eating a day and how many calories I was

consuming and the right proteins and carbs and everything that I was doing when I first started out.
