So social media gets a lot of crap, right?

I get that people tend to be more opinionated and more critical because they're not face-to-face

and they can kind of be keyboard warriors and say things that they would not normally

I think we can all agree that, you know, there are certainly downfalls to social media.

But on the whole, I feel that it gives us a huge gift.

And not just social media, really the internet because we have endless motivation, inspiration,

education, resources at our fingertips 24-7, always available and the majority of it

is totally free.

I mean, think about that.

We act as though if we're in a slump, we're in a funk, we're feeling really down, we're

just, we're just screwed and we have to ride it out.

But that could not be further from the truth because on social media and the internet

as a whole, we can tap into anything to create a shift, to learn a skill, to recharge our

batteries.

I mean, there's just so much that we can benefit from if we take advantage of it.
