After being diagnosed with osteoporosis in my early 30s, I transform my health

said, let's get on with the show. I was prescribed and like most people are prescribed, they're

given a prescription drug that will reduce the symptoms of it of each of those diseases. And then

I was given basically

offhand comments about, oh, maybe you should exercise more, you know, for hypertension, avoid salt,

don't eat a lot of purines or certain types of compounds like that. But really, the main emphasis

was on the treatment with these prescription drugs.

And what I found is at beginning

reading more and more is that the drugs I was given

really just treated the symptoms for the disease.
